Metro Premiere Properties is a family-run business with over 18 years of experience. It was founded by Clark Wilkins as an electrical contractor with the goal of building a real estate portfolio. Over time, Metro Premiere Properties expanded from flipping small residential homes to renovating and flipping small apartment buildings, and now focuses on land development and constructing multi-unit apartment buildings. Additionally, the company has ventured into subdivisions, with it's first project in Truro and a second one underway in Enfield, NS.

Metro Premiere Properties takes pride in it's small, focused team and has recently partnered with the Provincial Government to develop nearly 600 units, half of which will consist of affordable housing. Metro Premiere Properties is a proud supporter of the community and currently employ approximately nine full-time employees. Clark's son, Corey, serves as the Operations Manager.
